Weekly wrap up

It’s Sunday, and time for wrap up this weeks workouts.

  • Monday: Gym, push-day
  • Tuesday: 3k run + gym, legs
  • Wednesday: Long walk + stretching
  • Thursday: Spinning + gym, pull-day
  • Friday: Bodyjam + gym, push-day (which sucked so bad)
  • Saturday: Bodypump
  • Sunday: 12k run

Not bad!
