Basic gym, not much to say. Felt good and no problems 🙂

  • Bulgarian split squat: 3*8 reps, 10kg dumbbells
  • Ball leg curl: 3*8 reps
  • Romanian deadlift: 1*10 (25kg), 2*8 (30kg), 1*6 (35kg)
  • Leg press: 1*6 reps (160kg), 2*6 (180kg)
  • Single leg glute bridge: 3*8 reps
  • Reverse hyper extension: 3*10
  • Plate side bend: 3*8 reps, 20kg
  • Alternate heel touch: 3*10
  • Butt-ups: 3*10
  • Russian twists: 3*10

That was that. Now some CSI NY and reindeer pizza 🙂
