Push and spin my dear

Before endurance spinning, I did my pushs. I have no clue why some of the weights were almost half compared to previous push day, maybe I was too fucked up and looked the numbers on the plates wrong then. Who cares, today was something like this:

  • Cable crossover: 3 * 8 reps, 7,5kg + 7,5kg
  • Incline dumbbell press: 3 * 8 reps, 12kg
  • Shoulder press: 2 * 8 reps, 15kg, 1 * 8 reps, 25kg
  • Lateral raise: 3 * 10 reps, 7kg
  • Triceps with cable: 3 * 8 reps, 20kg
  • Narrow bench press: 3 times 1 * 8 reps, 20kg, 30kg, 35kg

Not much to say here. The spinning class was fun though 🙂 Tomorrow is going to be an easy day, maybe just a walk and stretching. No dumbbells or barbells, gotta save some power to the Saturday pump…
