Combat gym

I went to a Bodycombat class today. Last time I did that must have been over a year ago… But it was fun! After combat I went to the gym:

  • Cable pulldown: 10/8/6 reps, 35/40/45 kg
  • Hammer curls: 10/10 reps, 6kg
  • Bicep curls: 10/10 reps, 6kg
  • Reverse hyper extension: 10/1o reps
  • Cable row: 10/10/10 reps, 35kg

Then my arms died and wanted to go home. So I went home. Tomorrow, Bodypump! And cheeseburgers!
