Sunday wrap-up

This was a loooooong week. Back to work and that kind of things. Still alive, and managed to get great workout week too. And eat hamburgers. Twice! Yay me!

  • Monday: resting and dreading going back to work.
  • Tuesday: morning cardio, afternoon gym
  • Wednesday: 25min on crosstrainer, 10k and 20min on bike and some skating
  • Thursday: Rolling on a foam roller, spinning class and gym
  • Friday: Bodycombat and gym.
  • Saturday: Bodypump and some garden work. When the grass is up to one’s knees, it’s hard work to do the lawn mowing.
  • Sunday: 12k run


I also picked berries from my garden. Now I have red berries and goose berries in the freezer, and some homemade cherry juice in store for the winter 🙂
