Weekly wrap-up

Today I went swimming, haven’t done that for a loooooong time. 1,5k and 1 hour, I guess it’s safe to say that my swimming technique is non-existent 😀

This was pretty good exercise week:

  • Monday: Gym
  • Tuesday: Cardio (morning), Gym (after work)
  • Wednesday: Skating
  • Thursday: Spinning, Skating
  • Friday: Gym
  • Saturday: BodyPump
  • Sunday: Swimming

Next week: first meeting with the PT, nervous 🙂
