Great week! Not kind of “oh man everything was so easy” week, but still “i had fun” kinda week.

  • Monday: BodyJam, Stretching, Treadmill
  • Tuesday: Gym, Swimming
  • Wednesday: Bodyweight training, Skating
  • Thursday: Gym, Spinning
  • Friday: Gym
  • Saturday: Walking
  • Sunday: Cycling, Running, Stretching

I’m going to have a meeting with my new PT, and do some tests with him. So, looking forward for that!
