  • Tuesday: Bodyweight training (tests), Core training
  • Wednesday: Running, Bodyweight training, Skating
  • Thursday: Gym, Walking, Stretching
  • Friday: Swimming
  • Saturday: Resting
  • Sunday: Gym, Skating

Tomorrow, 30k bike riding. It’s going to rain cats and dogs, so please stay inside in my neighborhoods.
