Long time no gym

Finally! A gym day. I felt well enough to go and do something easy. Believe you me when I say that it was HARD to do “just a little”.

Just same old me. But happy! Finally back! I did a light version of my upper body workout:

  • Chin-ups with Smith: 2 * 15 reps
  • Lat machine: 2 * 15 reps, 30kg
  • Back machine: 2* 15 reps, 25kg
  • Pullover on the bench: 2 * 15 reps, 8kg dumbbell
  • Bicep curl + shoulder press: 2 * 15 reps, 6kg dumbbells
  • Cable crossover: 2 * 15 reps, 6.25kg
  • Twists: 2 * 15 reps, 5kg plate
