- Back machine: 2* 15 reps, 25kg
- Pullover on the bench: 2 * 15 reps, 8kg dumbbell
- Bicep curl + shoulder press: 2 * 15 reps, 6kg dumbbells
- Cable crossover: 2 * 15 reps, 6.25kg
- Twists: 2 * 15 reps, 5kg plate
