Weekly wrap-up

This has been really easy week. I’m planning to step it up a bit next week, but let’s wrap up this week first.

  • Monday: BodyJam, Grappling circuit
  • Tuesday: TRX with PT
  • Wednesday: Skating
  • Thursday: Gym (lower)
  • Friday: Gym (upper)
  • Saturday: Core training and resting
  • Sunday: Skating, Stretching

Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday were more resting than exercising. I’m trying to move into easy – normal – normal – hard rhythm in my workouts, and well. This definitely was easy.

 

Playing around at home with the swiss ball does not really count as an exercise in my little notebook 🙂

Next Saturday is measurement taking Saturday, a new abomination of mine. What if I haven’t been improving at all?
