Weekly wrap-up

This was second “normal” week, next week is supposed to be a hard one. I’m already tired, sore and all that stuff, so we’ll see how this goes. This week went like this:

  • Monday: Grappling circuit, BodyJam, Stretching
  • Tuesday: Gym, Stretching
  • Wednesday: Skating, Stretching
  • Thursday: TRX, BodyBalance
  • Friday:
  • Saturday: Gym
  • Sunday: Les Mills Maraton (Combat, Attack, Pump + Balance for 2h), Skating

See! There’s stretching! Go me 😀
