Flu, hate you (and wrap-up)

Still alive, but now I have the flu (again). Maybe I just didn’t rest enough couple of weeks ago 😦 Fine, this week is pure rest then.

Last weeks workouts looked like this:

  • Monday: Grappling circuit, BodyJam
  • Tuesday: Massage, Street dance
  • Wednesday: Skating + nasty fall
  • Thursday: Rest day due the fall
  • Friday: Running up and down stairs
  • Saturday: Sick (I tried to go to the gym, but turned around and came back home to sleep)
  • Sunday: Sick

This sucks. So bad.
