Re-written plans

I have a new version of the workout regime. It goes little something like this:

Easy week:

  • Monday: Pilates
  • Tuesday: Street dance
  • Wednesday: Skating
  • Thursday: Nothing / BodyBalance (if I just really really really want to do something)
  • Friday: Gym
  • Saturday: Gym + Stretching
  • Sunday: Skating + Stretching

Normal week:

  • Monday: Grappling circuit + BodyJam
  • Tuesday: Gym + Street dance
  • Wednesday: Skating
  • Thursday: Swimming + Pilates
  • Friday: Gym + Stretching
  • Saturday: Gym + Stretching
  • Sunday: Skating + Stretching

Hard week:

  • Just like normal week, except the intensity of the gym is greater (more? bigger? how do you say that correctly?)

So. What do you think about this? I’ll ask my PT tomorrow, but this IS less than the last draft 😀 Really, it is.
