Weekly wrap-up

Easy week – done. Next two weeks are so called normal weeks: gym, basic endurance training and some speed endurance too. And one rest day per week. But this week looked like this:

  • Monday: Pilates
  • Tuesday: Gym
  • Wednesday: Skating (aka rest day)
  • Thursday: Running
  • Friday: Gym
  • Saturday:
  • Sunday: Running

Not bad. I kind of like easy week. Except those horrid rest days. Happy Sunday folks 🙂
