Well that’s one way to spend a Saturday afternoon

(x) Tights    (x) Stairs    (x) Running shoes    (x) Boyfriend who shouts at you when you are tired and don’t want to run anymore.

30 minutes of up and down. My legs were shaking so bad that we had to wait for 15min before I could drive us home 😀

Will definitely do this again. And will also remember to stretch tonight. Now that my legs are not shaking anymore.
