Iron will rise from the floor simply by lifting it

Leg day! Hooray! Despite my little workout depression, I did get myself to the gym today. Because it’s was a leg day. Deadlifts, squats! What could be more fun! 😀

  • Deadlift: 4 * 8, 65kg
  • Sumo squats: 4 * 10, 80kg
  • Barbell row: 4 * 10, 40kg
  • Lunges: 3 * 8/leg, 60kg
  • Single-leg leg press: 3 * 10/leg, 90kg
  • Straight-arm cable pulldown: 4 * 10, 17,5kg
  • Sidebends: 3 * 15, 12kg
  • Situps: 4 * 15

Not bad at all, not at all!

Meanwhile, Finland has turned into a winter wonderland. It’s funny, on Friday when I went for lunch there wasn’t any snow. And now there’s about 10 cm everywhere. It’s great! It’s not at all so dark anymore, since the snow brings some light. And there was sun too when I got home around 2PM from the gym. Afternoon sun (as you can see from the photo) 🙂
