Besides lazying at home and watching Bones, I managed to drag my ass to the gym. I don’t know why has it been so hard to get up and do something useful.. Maybe it’s the snowy weather and the last week at work before the 2 week holiday.
- Bench press: 1 * 10 30kg, 1 * 10 35kg, 1 * 8 40kg, 1 * 5 45kg
- Squats: 3 * 8, 90kg
- Sumo squats: 3 * 8, 90kg
- EZ bar triceps extensions: 3 * 8, 20kg (7,5kg bar + 12,5kg)
- EZ bar bicep curls: 3 * 6, 20 kg (7,5kg bar + 12,5kg)
- Back: 3 * 12, 10kg
- Sides: 3 * 15/side, 5kg
Oh, and the date part. I saw my silent friend again, and we managed to get a friend photo just before the gym closed for the day!
