Nice and neat week. Strength training, cardio and stretching too!
I wasn’t the only one skiing today 🙂 I skied for an hour and I really really enjoyed it. The weather was great and the track was good and all. Gotta go again!

- Saturday: Gym and Swimming, Stretching
- Sunday: Skiing, Stretching
This week was a easy week. Next week I’ll be adding cardio and going to BodyPump (last time of that must have been in October or something).
Stretching requires proper foot wear 🙂
