Weekly wrap-up, 6/2013

This week has been a bit different week. I have been wincing to the thought of going to the gym, so no gym for me this week. And it has been a good decision. I want to have fun while working out, and if just a thought of dumbbells makes me pull faces, then it’s better to do something else.

  • Monday: Bouldering
  • Tuesday: Running 5k
  • Wednesday: Mobility exercises, Skating
  • Thursday: Functional training with PT
  • Friday: Bouldering
  • Saturday: Running, 10k
  • Sunday: BodyBalance

Let’s see what the week 7/2013 brings with it 🙂
