Weekly wrap-up, 10/2013

A simple, normal week this one was. Back to normal (after aaaaarhg-I-don’t-wanna-go-to-the-gym and being sick) routines.

  • Monday: Gym
  • Tuesday: 
  • Wednesday: Skating
  • Thursday: Snowshoewalking, Gym
  • Friday: BodyCombat
  • Saturday: Gym
  • Sunday: Walking

Happy to be healthy again. Next week is also know as “The return to better eating habits” theme week here. I just need to find my self-discipline before Monday morning. It should be easy, since I just ate 5 cupcakes. Man they were gooooood…. 🙂
