I haven’t been dancing for ages.. And today’s BodyJam proved it. We were mostly mixing, since our instructor just got the new Jam-dvd in her hands today. Literally.

Basic endurance training is much more fun when it’s done dancing… It just might not be as efficient as running when keeping in mind the half-marathon-goal. Good for me, September is far away, so I can dance and say it counts for running!
