Weekly wrap-up, 12/2013

Second average load training week done. Next week should be very intense what it comes to workouts, let’s see how it turns out then. Today was a rest day, I only did some cleaning (very little, by the look of this apartment you couldn’t say that I did anything at all..

  • Monday: Spinning 
  • Tuesday: Gym
  • Wednesday: Skating
  • Thursday: Gym
  • Friday: Swimming
  • Saturday: Gym
  • Sunday: Rest
