Since running has kind of ended up being my “sport of the moment”, gym has been a little forgotten. A little. I go there maybe once a week and half of the time is spent on figuring out what the hell people are supposed to do there.
Except take self-portraits.
Well, maybe they just lift some weights. In some order. This is what I did:
- Circuit 1: Romanian deadlifts, Deadlifts, Sumo Squats, Bent over barbell row (1 round of 10 reps with 20kg, 3 rounds of 10 reps with 30kg)
- Circuit 2: Fly, Triceps pushdown (3 rounds of 10 reps with 10/17kg)
- Circuit 3: Cable Bicep curl, Cable Triceps extension (3 rounds of 10 reps with 15kg)
- Circuit 4: Situps, Crunches (3 rounds of 10 reps)
Btw, summer is getting here in Finland too! Today was the first time I took my laundry out to dry! Yay!
