This week consisted of plenty of cycling, a little bit of running and a lot of laying in the sun.
On Saturday I went for a run. I woke up pretty early, so it was better to hit the road then and not wait till afternoon. The day was hot, and morning run was good solution.
Distance: 7.5km, Avg.pace: –7:24 min/km, Avg.speed: –8.2 km/h
Total distance run this year: 164km (200km coming up, yaiks!)

- Tuesday: Ashtanga yoga
- Wednesday: Gym, Cycling (17k), Massage

- Sunday: Walking
Decent week! Next week, more cycling. And it’s getting colder, so maybe more gym too…
